Important Notice

PacketCove agrees to provide the services stated for the price agreed upon at any given time. We do not mislead clients with hidden costs.

Service Abuse

By using our services, you agree not to abuse systems or networks in ways that harm the usability of other clients or external entities. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Hosting or distributing malicious files
  • Harassment or privacy invasion
  • Network attacks (DoS)
  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Unsolicited email spam
  • Cryptocurrency mining

If excessive server load is detected, your server may be restarted or suspended. Virtual CPU allocations are not dedicated physical cores but shared resources.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds may be granted within 7 days of activation for virtual private servers. Dedicated servers are non-refundable. Some payment methods cannot be refunded. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the client area.

If a service is overdue by 72 hours, it may be terminated. PayPal refunds may be subject to a processing fee of $0.30 + 5% of the original transaction amount.

Data and Account Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their data. We are not liable for data loss due to rare hardware failures, though we attempt to restore data from backups when available.

Automated Backups

Some services may include free automated backups for disaster recovery. Continuous access is not provided for client-related issues. Restore assistance may incur a $35.00 per hour charge.

Support

Support is available via the Client Area. Technical support via live chat or social media is not required. Self-managed services require clients to handle configuration unless a management service is purchased.

Affiliates

The affiliate program allows clients to earn credit by referring new customers. Affiliates can request commission payouts via PayPal or as account credit. Unauthorized SEO marketing or misrepresentation is prohibited.

Payment Chargebacks

Chargebacks and disputes may result in immediate service termination. Clients should contact billing for payment issues rather than initiating chargebacks.

Account Privacy

While accurate information is not always required, we may close accounts deemed financially risky. Payment processing may require accurate details. All transactions are secured via SSL/TLS. See our Privacy Policy for details.
