PacketCove agrees to provide the services stated for the price agreed at any given time, we do not mislead clients with hidden costs.

Herein this document, all usage of the words "we", "us", and "our" refer to PacketCove. The content of this Terms of Service document is a legally binding agreement for any account holders with PacketCove. We reserve the right to terminate and cancel any client and services at any time, for any reason. All clients must agree upon the document listings described below which is subjected to minor changes without notice.

Client Information

Client information such as first and last name, e-mail address and other sensative data are never sold or shared with third parties, commercial or individual. Basic account information such as name and IP address may be compared against a third party database at time of registration to combat fraudulent orders. Client accounts are kept indefinitely for transaction logging and business taxation purposes but can be removed upon request after 1 month of the account not having any active services. Information may be provided to law enforcements if proper lawful and legal court order is provided with evidential proof of wrongdoings based on our Terms of Service.

Client Service Data

Information stored on our servers by clients will never be accessed, saved, or modified by any of our representatives without initial notification and consent of the client, unless the client requests technical support that may require accessing server data; excluding any offered automated backups. Client data included in automated backups is removed after 7 days of being stored or once data is restored successfully, including when a service is cancelled by client. Client server data backups are not accessible by technical support or billing representatives, escalation of data request for service restoration purposes must be escalated to our server management team.
